RESUMEN: El siguiente Trabajo Fin de Máster se ha realizado en colaboración con la empresa de componentes hidráulicos y neumáticos Velfair SA, ubicada en el Polígono La Mies en Requejada (Cantabria). El objetivo de este trabajo es ver si la idea inicial de desarrollar un nuevo centro Velfair va a ser viable económicamente y, además, se plantean otras alternativas logísticas para el crecimiento de la empresa.
Una vez identificada la mejor localización y verificada la viabilidad del nuevo centro en Samano, se recomienda a la empresa ejecutar dicha inversión a corto plazo, y comenzar a elaborar la base de datos de latiguillos, para así poner en marcha todas las alternativas que se plantean a medio y largo plazo, puesto que son perfectamente aplicables simultáneamente, y van a generar valor para la empresa.
ABSTRACT: The following Master's Thesis has been carried out in collaboration with the company of hydraulic and pneumatic components Velfair SA, located in the La Mies Polygon in Requejada (Cantabria). The objective of this work is to see if the initial idea of developing a new Velfair center is going to be economically viable and, in addition, other logistic alternatives for the growth of the company are considered.
Once the best location has been identified and the viability of the new center in Samano has been verified, the company is recommended to execute said investment in the short term, and begin to develop the database of hoses, in order to launch all the alternatives that are proposed in the medium and long term, since they are perfectly applicable simultaneously, and will generate value for the company.
