Informe de investigación sobre la opinión y conocimiento del servicio ON+

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente documento es un informe del análisis de las encuestas realizadas a la población de Santander, con la intención de estudiar y analizar la utilidad del servicio On+ de El Diario Montañés. El informe se dirige a la dirección de El Diario Montañés, con el objetivo de que conozcan mejor la opinión y el conocimiento que tienen sus lectores sobre el servicio de suscripción de pago, que, entre otras, cosas concede acceso ilimitado a todos los contenidos del diario. Se entiende que los resultados obtenidos en este informe, facilitaran la toma de decisiones por parte del equipo directivo de El Diario Montañés, en lo referente al servicio On+. Las conclusiones desarrolladas en el informe se han obtenido a través de un proceso de investigación. Se realizó una encuesta que fue contestada por una muestra representativa de la población de Santander, posteriormente se realizaron las pruebas estadísticas adecuadas para comprobar que dicha muestra realmente representa la población a estudiar. Una vez recogidas las encuestas, se ha utilizado un software de tratamiento de datos para realizar comprobaciones estadísticas y poder sacar las conclusiones. Como en todo informe de investigación existe un porcentaje de error, que deriva de suponer que la población objeto de estudio se comportará como se comporta la muestra analizada.

ABSTRACT: This document is a report of the analysis of the surveys carried out on the population of Santander, with the intention of studying and analyzing the usefulness of the On+ service of El Diario Montañés. The report is addressed to the managers of El Diario Montañés, in order to understand better the opinion and knowledge that their readers have about the paid subscription service, which, among other things, grant unlimited access to all the contents of the newspaper. It is believed that the results obtained in this report, will facilitate decision making by the management team of El Diario Montañés, regarding the On+ service. The conclusions mentioned in the report have been obtained through a research process. A survey was carried out and answered by a representative sample of the population of Santander, then the appropriate statistical tests were carried out to verify that the sample actually represents the population to be studied. Once the surveys were collected, a data processing software was used to perform statistical checks and to draw conclusions. As in any investigation report there is a percentage of error, which derives from assuming that the population under study will behave as the sample analyzed behaves.
