Bullying y diversidad de género: taller de prevención y sensibilización

Abstract

RESUMEN: Diferentes estudios constatan la existencia de acoso escolar dirigido al grupo DSG (Diversidad sexual y de Género), también conocido como bullying homofóbico. En este trabajo se realizará un recorrido sobre qué es el acoso escolar, las circunstancias en las que han vivido y viven las personas del colectivo DSG y cómo ampara la legalidad su situación en la escuela; para la realización de este, nos hemos apoyado en diferentes estudios que aportarán numerosos datos, sobre las circunstancias y consecuencias del acoso que viven las personas con diversidad sexual y/o de género, tratando de esta forma de acercarnos a su realidad. En este documento se presenta una propuesta de programa de prevención para llevar a cabo en el centro educativo, con el fin de desmitificar ciertas asunciones hacia el colectivo y lograr la inclusión y libertad plena de estos alumnos; en definitiva, para intentar acabar con esta situación, dotando a los alumnos de conocimientos y herramientas en las que apoyarse, ayudándoles en el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico.

ABSTRACT:Different studies confirm the existence of harassment of the group with sexual and gender diversity, also known as homophobic bullying. In this work I expose what is bullying, the circumstances in which LGTBI people have lived and live and how the legality protects their situation in the school; for the realization of this work, we have relied on different studies that will provide numerous data, on the circumstances and consequences of bullying for people with sexual and / or gender diversity, trying to approach their reality. We have created a proposal for a prevention program to be carried out in the school, in order to demystify certain assumptions towards the collective and achieve the inclusion and full freedom of these students; in conclusion, I’ve create this program to try to end this situation, providing students with knowledge and tools to rely on, helping them in the development of critical thinking.
