RESUMEN: En este artículo se exponen las líneas de pensamiento con las que es posible abordar la disposición del profesorado que escucha a su alumnado. Dicha escucha docente es un ingrediente imprescindible en las prácticas pedagógicas de naturaleza participativa y se sustenta en el enfoque de la práctica reflexiva, las aportaciones de la orientación inclusiva en educación y el movimiento de voz del alumnado. Investigar la escucha docente en primera persona bajo un enfoque inclusivo y participativo, tal y como se analiza en este artículo, plantea entre otros, el dilema de la ruptura de la tradicional relación entre el sujeto (que observa) y el objeto (lo observado). Por último, concluimos que una disposición comprometida con todas las voces del alumnado se aleja de la categorización y atiende a las oportunidades que la escuela puede brindar para la reflexión y transformación crítica de los marcos de referencia personal y de las culturas en las que vivimos.
ABSTRACT: This paper presents some lines of thought that will enable us to discuss the disposition of the teachers who listen to their students. Teacher's listening is an essential ingredient in pedagogical practices of a participatory nature and is based on the reflective practice approach, the contributions of the inclusive orientation in education and pupil voice initiatives. Researching the way teachers listen to students from and through a first-person approach, under participatory and inclusive methodology, as will be examined in this paper, sets out, among others, the dilemma of the breakup with the traditional relationship between the subject (who observes), and the object (the observed). Finally, we conclude that a disposition that is committed to all the voices of the students moves away from the categorization and attends to the opportunities that the school can offer for the reflection and critical transformation of our personal and cultural frames of reference.
