Menores como víctimas indirectas de la Violencia de Género

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este trabajo de fin de grado se investiga sobre cómo afecta la violencia de género a los menores que conviven en el mismo entorno que la mujer maltratada. Para ello, se tendrán en cuenta las consecuencias físicas y psicológicas que sufren los menores, así como la normativa existente en España al respecto y las soluciones que ofrecen los Juzgados en diversas sentencias. Con todo ello, se pone de manifiesto que, en la actualidad, no se llevan a cabo acciones suficientes encaminadas a ayudar a estos menores testigos de la violencia que se ejerce contra sus madres.

ABSTRACT: This end-of-grade work investigates how gender-based violence affects children living with the battered woman. This essay will take into account the physical and psychological consequences of the children, as well as the spanish regulation and solutions offered by the Courts. In all, is it clear that, at present, there is a lack of actions to help these children who have witnessed the violence against their mothers.
