RESUMEN:El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar la sustracción internacional de menores en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico desde el punto de vista del Derecho Internacional Privado. Estudiaremos el concepto de esta figura, así como las consecuencias y su especial vinculación al interés superior del menor. Posteriormente, nos centraremos en los instrumentos internacionales que lo regulan, con referencia al nuevo Reglamento (UE) 2019/1111 del Consejo de 25 de junio de 2019. ABSTRACT: The aim of this project is to analyze the international child abduction in our legal system from the point of view of International Private Law. We will study the concept of this figure, as well as consequences and its special connection to the superior interests of the child. Subsequently, we will focus in the international instruments in which it’s regulated, with reference to the new Council Regulation (EU) 2019/1111 of 25 June 2019. Finally, we will analyze the legal proceeding adopted in Spanish legal system which is contained in Civil Procedure Law.
