Los espacios sobrenaturales más representativos de la narrativa española de la segunda mitad del siglo XX

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo pretende recoger bajo un mismo estudio tres de los espacios ficticios más representativos de la literatura española de posguerra, teniendo en cuenta la particularidad de que tales espacios se hallan ubicados dentro de una presunta geografía española y donde los eventos sobrenaturales conviven con total naturalidad con otros hechos de carácter más realista. De este modo, prestaremos atención a la estrategia de creación que popularizó este tipo de espacios, traídos de la mano de los narradores hispanoamericanos en torno a los años 60, y que se convirtieron rápidamente en una de las señas de identidad de su literatura. En España, poco después, dichos territorios literarios también comenzaron a emerger, y a pesar de que estos supieron mantener sus propios rasgos y criterios, las comparaciones son inevitables.

ABSTRACT:

The present work intends to collect under the same study three of the most representative fictitious settings of Spanish postwar literature, taking into account the particularity that such places are located within an alleged Spanish geography and where supernatural events coexist with total naturalness with other facts of a more realistic nature. In this way, we will pay attention to the creation strategy that popularized this type of settings coming from the hand of Spanish-American narrators, around the 1960s, and that quickly became one of the hallmarks of their literature. In Spain, these literary territories also began to emerge, and although they knew how to maintain their own features and criteria, comparisons are inevitable.
