Los libros de registro en los autónomos en estimación directa, estimación directa simplificada y estimación objetiva

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente documento conforma el documento final del Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TGF) “Los libros de registro de los autónomos en estimación directa, estimación directa simplificada y estimación objetiva” de la titulación de Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas de la Universidad de Cantabria, para una mejor compresión del trabajo desarrollado, se explica brevemente los diferentes tipos de Trabajadores por cuenta propia o autónomos, los trámites para su inscripción como tales, su formas tributación y las ayudas pueden solicitar . Este trabajo se enmarca dentro del Área de Economía y será de aplicación en asignaturas tales como Dirección de Recursos Humanos e Impuestos Empresariales. Se plantea el estudio de los trabajadores autónomos en toda su extensión, describiendo los diferentes tipos de trabajadores que hay dentro de este segmento, así como todos los requisitos para comenzar una actividad por cuenta propia, el estudio de los diferentes impuestos que afectan a dicho trabajador, aportando un caso práctico para entender mejor este apartado, y para concluir, se investigará en profundidad los libros registros en las diferentes modalidades que existen de trabajo por cuenta propia, comparando las tres diferentes modalidades existentes. Además, concluiremos este trabajo aportando mi opinión personal sobre este tipo de trabajadores y los cambios que, según mi criterio, necesitarían los mismo para poder empezar a emprender con más facilidad, sobre todo en lo referente a la tramitación, administración registros contables, autoliquidaciones tributarias y demás compleja documentación que tienen que presentar, como veremos en este trabajo para desarrollar su actividad y que sin duda se puede simplificar sustancialmente.

ABSTRACT: This document forms the Final Document of the End of Degree Work (TGF) "The books of record the autonomous in direct estimation, simplified direct estimation and objective estimation" of the Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Cantabria, for a better understanding of the developed work, briefly explains the different types of self employed or self employed workers, the formalities for their registration as such, their form of taxation and the aids may apply. This work is part of the Economics Area and will be applied in subjects such as Human Resources and Business Taxes. The study of self employed persons is considered in its entirety, describing the different types of workers within this segment, as well as all the requirements for starting an independent activity, the study of the different taxes affecting such a worker, providing a practical case for a better understanding of this paragraph, and to conclude, will be researched in depth the books records in the different modalities that exist of work on own account, comparing the three different existing modalities. In addition, we will conclude this work by providing my personal opinion on this type of workers and the changes that, in my opinion, would need the same in order to start to undertake more easily, in particular with regard to the processing, administration of accounting records, tax clearance and other complex documentation to be submitted, as we will see in this work to develop its activity and that can certainly be simplified substantially.
