Extranjeros que entran al país como turistas y su posterior regularización

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este trabajo tiene como principal objetivo analizar cómo la mayor entrada de inmigración ilegal llega a nuestro país de manera legal a través de el turismo y cómo estos turistas que se convierten en extranjeros en situación de irregularidad, una vez finalizado su permiso de visita, pueden regularizar su situación. Concretamente nos centraremos en los distintos tipos de estancias, tanto estancias de corta duración, como estancias irregulares y las autorizaciones de residencia por circunstancias excepcionales con las que estos extranjeros legalizan su situación desde España. De igual manera, haré una mención a cómo a afectado la subida del salario mínimo interprofesional este año 2019 al mencionado turismo y a la regularización a través del arraigo social. Finalmente, concluiré este estudio con las conclusiones pertinentes.

ABSTRACT: The main objetive of this work is to analyze how the largest entry of illegal immigration arrives in our country legally through tourism and how these tourists who become foreigners in an irregular situation, once their visit permit has ended, can regularize their situation. Specifically, we will focus on the different types of stays, both short-term and irregular stays and residence permits due to exceptional circumstances with which these foreigners legalize their situation from Spain. In the same way, I will mention how the increase in the minimum interprofessional salary will affect this year 2019 to the aforementioned tourism and regularization through social roots. Finally, I will conclude this study with the pertinent conclusions.
