La política de refugiados en Alemania durante la crisis de los refugiados: ¿cambios o continuidad?

Abstract

RESUMEN: El actual trabajo tiene como finalidad lograr un análisis detallado de la política de refugiados que ha aplicado Alemania a lo largo de la historia, pero primordialmente, se quiere dar una visión más reciente de la actuación que ha tenido ésta en materia de refugiados. Asimismo, este trabajo no sólo ofrece una visión de Alemania, sino que también podremos determinar de manera más limitada las respuestas que han tenido diversos miembros de la Unión Europea hacia sucesivas adversidades. Por lo tanto, todo este contenido mencionado, permitirá desarrollar uno de los principales apartados del presente trabajo. Para apoyar y complementar el propósito de este trabajo, se ha tenido en cuenta diferentes materias de estudio. Por un lado, se mostrará una aproximación de las consecuencias que han sufrido los distintos Estados que conforman la Unión Europea antes y después del año 2015, en términos de solicitudes de asilo recibidas y aceptadas, pero haciendo un hincapié especial en nuestro país de análisis. Por otro lado, para corroborar los datos obtenidos en dicho apartado en relación a Alemania, en otra de nuestras secciones, se expondrán los motivos por los que ésta presenta un enorme atractivo como país hacia los refugiados; para ello, se hará alusión a los factores estructurales y políticos. Con toda esta información, se pretende lograr una mayor certeza y un conocimiento más amplio respecto al tema que nos incumbe, e intentar encontrar una resolución relevante a nuestras principales cuestiones: ¿Es cierto que es uno de los países más restrictivos?, ¿Ha sido el gran Estado protagonista tras el estallido del conflicto armado de Siria?, o ¿Se han producido cambios en la política de refugiados en Alemania con la crisis de los refugiados? Igualmente, se tratará de aportar posibles soluciones para evitar que la situación se agrave aun más, y también, intentaremos sensibilizar ante un problema en el que todos estamos implicados.

ABSTRACT: The current project aims to achieve a detailed analysis of the refugee policy that it has been applied by Germany throughout history, but mainly, we want to give a recent view of the action that this country has taken with regard to the refugees’ issue. Furthermore, this project will not only offer us a sight of Germany, but we will also be able to see in a more limited way the responses that certain members of the European Union have had to successive adversities. Therefore, all this content mentioned will allow to developing one of the main sections of this project. To support and complement the purpose of this project, we have taken into account different subjects of study. On the one hand, it will present an approximation of the consequences that have been suffered by several States that form the European Union before and after 2015, in terms of asylum applicants received and accepted, but with a special emphasis on our country of study. On the other hand, to verify the data obtained in this section in relation to Germany, another of our sections will explain the reasons why it presents a huge attraction as a country towards refugees; thus, we will refer to structural and political factors. With all this information, we try to reach greater certainty and a broader knowledge about the issue that concerns us, and try to find a relevant conclusion to our main questions: is it true that it is one of the most restrictive countries? Has it been the great leading State after the outbreak of the armed conflict in Syria? or have there been changes in the refugee policy in Germany with the refugee crisis? Moreover, it will try to provide possible solutions to avoid further aggravation of the situation, and also, we will try to raise awareness about a problem which we are all involved in.
