Estudio de viabilidad del Albergue Pleamar

Abstract

En el presente documento se desarrollará el estudio de viabilidad de la puesta en marcha de un albergue en la localidad de Suances con el objetivo de sacar rentabilidad a un local vacío en propiedad. A lo largo del documento definiremos las instalaciones del albergue, determinaremos el público objetivo, estudiaremos la situación actual del sector y la competencia, haremos un análisis de las características de la empresa y determinaremos las estrategias a seguir para llevar a cabo el proyecto. Finalmente estudiaremos la inversión inicial necesaria y las necesidades financieras y de personal, calcularemos la rentabilidad mínima exigida y estimaremos los gastos e ingresos con el objetivo final de determinar la viabilidad del proyecto.

In this paper, it is carried out a feasibility study on the establishment of a shelter in the town of Suances with the aim of obtaining the most profitability from an empty owned premises. Throughout the document, it will be defined the facilities of the shelter, determined the target audience and studied the current situation of the sector and the competition. We will also analyse the characteristics of the company and determine the strategies to follow in order to run the project. Finally, we will examine the necessary initial investment and the financial and staffing requirements, calculate the minimum profitability required and estimate the expenditures and revenues with the final objective of determining the viability of the project.
