El presente trabajo pretende realizar un estudio de los Sistemas de Armas Autónomos. Tiene como objetivo principal, además de poder ofrecer una definición de los mismos, identificar los problemas que plantean en la esfera internacional. Sin embargo, resulta todavía muy complejo poder llegar a establecer soluciones al respecto, ya que se trata de una tecnología emergente que está revolucionando los conflictos armados tradicionales. Organizaciones como Naciones Unidas ya se están ocupando sobre esta problemática, pero aún no se ha llegado a establecer una regulación para estos Sistemas.
The following report seeks to develop a study of the Autonomous Weapons Systems. In addition to providing a definition of these, its ultimate objective is to identify its implications in the international area. The proposal of related solutions is inherently complex given the emergent nature of the Autonomous Weapons Systems which is revolutionising traditional armed conflict. Whilst organisations such as the United Nations have already begun to broach the subject, no regulation has yet been established for these systems.
