RESUMEN: El presente trabajo de fin de grado se centra en la regulación de los matrimonios de las confesiones con acuerdo. Para comenzar, voy a llevar a cabo una perspectiva histórica de cada una de las confesiones y del tratamiento de sus matrimonios.
A continuación, voy a exponer los acuerdos con las confesiones religiosas regulados por las leyes 24, 25 y 26 de 1992, materia relacionada con la libertad religiosa posibilitando su creación los arts. 16.3 de la CE y 7.1 LOLR, al favorecer la cooperación con otras confesiones distintas a la Iglesia Católica. Dentro de esta exposición, me voy a detener en el estudio de los arts. 7 sobre la obtención de efectos civiles por parte de sus matrimonios. De igual modo, voy a referirme a la situación de los matrimonios de las confesiones con notorio arraigo, pero sin acuerdo de cooperación con el Estado.
Para finalizar, voy a hacer alusión a la problemática en la práctica para su inscripción en el Registro Civil y los cambios sufridos por la normativa referente a su inscripción.
ABSTRACT: The aim of this project is the knowledge about the marriage of the minority confessions. In first place, I will start with a historical perspective of these confessions and their marriages.
Afterwards, I will focus on the agreements between the State and each of the confessions regulated in the statutes 24,25,26 of 1992. In particular, I will explain the requirements for state recognition. Moreover, I will analyse the situation of the marriages of confessions that do not agree with the State but have `` notorious influence´´.
Summing up, I will focus on the practical problems caused by their registration and the changes suffered in the regulation about registration.
