Plan de viabilidad empresarial de un refugio canino

Abstract

Resumen: Este trabajo consiste en un estudio sobre la viabilidad técnica, comercial, económica y financiera de la implantación de un refugio canino para la asociación El Hogar de Yuki. A lo largo del trabajo se explica el motivo por el cual la asociación decide realizar este proyecto, así como la descripción de las campañas que va a realizar para poder lograrlo. Se analizarán los costes e ingresos previstos durante los dos años previos a la construcción del refugio, y durante los tres años de actividad siguientes a la construcción. Además, desglosará la inversión inicial indicando a qué corresponde cada gasto. Una vez analizados los datos económicos, se analizará la viabilidad del proyecto gracias al estado de flujos de tesorería dada la naturaleza de la entidad, para comprobar si este reto permite continuar con la actividad principal de la asociación: el rescate y adopción de perros.

Abstract: This project is focused on a technical, commercial, economic and financial viability study of the implementation of a dog shelter for the association El Hogar de Yuki. Along the project, I will explain the reason why the association decided to carry out this project, as well as the description of the campaigns that it will make in order to achieve it. I will analysed the anticipated costs and revenues during the two years before the construction of the shelter, and the ones that will be during the three years of activity after the construction. Also, I will indicate each part of the initial investment. Once the economic data has been analysed, the feasibility of the project will be analysed too, thanks to the cash flow statement given the nature of the entity, to check whether this challenge allows continuing with the main activity of the association: the rescue an adoption of dogs.
