La figura de la legítima hereditaria: régimen legal en España

Abstract

RESUMEN: El Siguiente trabajo pretende dar a conocer la institución de la Legítima Hereditaria en España, haciendo un resumen sobre esta figura, explicando de forma detallada en qué consiste su régimen y quiénes son los herederos forzosos, comparándola con figuras análogas en otros ordenamientos jurídicos, además de un análisis sobre su posible modificación o evolución en el futuro y una valoración personal sobre dicha institución del Derecho Civil. Por otro lado, también se explicará qué es el Derecho de Sucesiones y otras figuras jurídicas relevantes y afines a la Legítima Hereditaria.

ABSTRACT: The following work aims to announce the institution of forced inheritance in Spain, making a summary of this legal form,explaining in detail what his regime consists of and who are the forced heirs, comparing it with analogous legal concepts in other legal systems, as well as an analysis of its possible modification or evolution in the future and a personal assessment on this institution of Civil Law. On the other hand, i will also explain what is the Law of Inheritance and other relevant legal and related to the forced inheritance.
