Análisis sobre la evolución del contexto político y legal español durante el siglo XX

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo analiza los principales hitos históricos acaecidos durante el siglo veinte en nuestro país, relacionados con el surgimiento, la consolidación y el final del régimen franquista. Iniciando el recorrido en los momentos anteriores a la explosión de la Guerra Civil, en el primer Capítulo se analiza el caldo de cultivo que genera este conflicto, así como la situación política y social y las bases sobre las que se asentará el régimen franquista. Un régimen que marcará la vida privada, política y legislativa de España durante casi cuarenta años. En el segundo Capítulo se analizan las bases ideológicas del régimen comentando las normas más importantes que las dan forma. Finalmente, en el último Capítulo se describe el camino hacia la transición democrática, resaltando tanto las figuras más importantes como las leyes que la hicieron posible. ABSTRACT: This study analyses the main historical events that took place during the XXth century in Spain. More precisely, the subject is the story behind the arise, consolidation and end of the franquist regime. Iniciating our path in the moments before the explotion ogf the Spanish Civil War, along the first chapter we will talk about the reasons that generate this conflicto. In addition it will be analysed the social and political situation and the main features of the new legality. During the second chapter the ideological bases of this new regime will be explained along with the main laws that develope them. Finally, on the last chapter we will describe the path to the democratic transition remarking the main personalities and laws that made that happen
