Responsabilidad civil en el transporte compartido

Abstract

RESUMEN: El fenómeno ‘Carpooling’, o uso compartido de vehículo, ha revolucionado el sector del transporte de personas. En la actualidad, esta modalidad carece de un régimen jurídico específico que regule las diferentes relaciones contractuales y responsabilidades derivadas del contrato de este servicio. Con este trabajo se pretende profundizar en las modalidades contractuales que le son aplicables y esclarecer el régimen de responsabilidad civil que se deriva de esta nueva forma de transporte, así como poner de manifiesto la problemática que se plantea

ABSTRACT: The phenomenon of ‘Carpooling’, or sharing a vehicle, has revolutionized the sector of people’s transportation. Currently, this model does not have a specific legal framework to stablish the different contractual relationships and responsibilities derived from the contract of this service. The intention of this project is to delve into these contractual methods applicable and to clarify the framework of civil responsibility created with this new form of transportation, moreover to manifest the problems brought up by this.
