Mitología griega y literatura infantil: el mito de Hércules

Abstract

RESUMEN En la etapa de Educación Primaria, el mito clásico posee una función esencial que promueve la construcción del intertexto del alumnado, además de sentar las bases del origen de nuestra cultura occidental. De esta manera, en el presente trabajo se realizará una revisión teórica que relaciona tanto la Literatura Infantil como la mitología griega. A continuación, se presentará una propuesta didáctica haciendo uso de la adaptación del mito de Hércules. Esta incluye una serie de actividades contextualizadas dirigidas a segundo de Educación Primaria que intentan conseguir hacer atractivo este tipo de relatos.

ABSTRACT During Primary Education, the classic myth possesses an essential function which promotes the construction of the intertextuality of the students, besides it establishes the origin of our occidental culture. In this way, this work will conduct a literature review that relates children’s literature with Greek mythology. Next, it is included a series of activities aimed at the second level of Primary Education which try to make attractive this types of short stories.
