Las relaciones intergeneracionales como herramienta de aprendizaje servicio en Educación Infantil

Abstract

RESUMEN Los niños y niñas de Educación Infantil requieren de unos valores que pueden ser transmitidos por las personas mayores, a través de las relaciones intergeneracionales como herramienta de aprendizaje servicio. En este trabajo se presenta un proyecto basado en las relaciones intergeneracionales en un aula de Educación Infantil, teniendo como principal objetivo el trabajo colaborativo entre niños/as y personas mayores, favoreciendo su interrelación y propiciando el intercambio mutuo de conocimientos, dando lugar a un aprendizaje servicio en el que el alumnado se nutre de las aportaciones de los mayores y, a su vez, éstos últimos desarrollan un papel activo en el contexto escolar. El proyecto consta de siete bloques temáticos con sus respectivas actividades diseñadas para cumplir con los objetivos planteados, así como para documentar todo el proceso de cada una de ellas en un blog. Por su parte, la evaluación será formativa y sumativa e irá dirigida a conocer el grado de consecución de los objetivos, el grado de satisfacción de los niños/as y de los mayores con el proyecto y una autoevaluación destinada al profesorado. Con este proyecto se busca flexibilizar el currículum y hacerlo innovador, la apertura de la escuela a la sociedad, o el aprendizaje mutuo resultante de la socialización de dos generaciones distintas.

ABSTRACT Children in Early Childhood Education require values that can be transmitted by the elderly people, through intergenerational relationships as a service learning tool. This document presents a project based on intergenerational relations in a classroom of Early Childhood Education, having as main objective the collaborative work between children and elderly people, favoring their interrelation and the mutual exchange of knowledge, leading to learning service in which the students are nourished by the contributions of the elderly and, in turn, the latter develop an active role in the school context. The project consists of seven thematic blocks with their respective activities designed to accomplish the objectives set, as well as to document the entire process of each of them in a blog. For its part, the evaluation will be formative and summative and will be aimed at knowing the degree of achievement of the objectives, the degree of satisfaction of children and adults with the project and a self-assessment for teachers. This project seeks to make the curriculum more flexible and innovative, the opening of the school to society, or the mutual learning resulting from the socialization of two different generations.
