Propaganda en el cine anarquista durante la Guerra Civil española

Abstract

RESUMEN El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la producción cinematográfica del anarcosindicalismo español realizada durante la Guerra Civil española, cuando las organizaciones anarquistas se hicieron cargo de buena parte de la industria española. Con esta intención, en primer lugar hay que observar la forma en que se organizó esta industria, dentro de la constate pugna entre avanzar hacia la revolución o primar la eficiencia administrativa en tiempos de guerra. A continuación, se llevará a cabo un estudio analítico de las películas de ficción realizadas en este periodo, comenzando por aquellas que tenían un objetivo documental, y siguiendo con las obras netamente ficticias. De tal modo, se podrá entender la forma en que los anarquistas representaban en las pantallas no sólo los diversos elementos de su ideología, sino también la plasmación de sus aspiraciones de construcción de un mundo nuevo.

ABSTRACT The objective of this paper is to analyze the cinematographic production of the Spanish anarcho-syndicalism made during the Spanish Civil War, when the anarchists organizations were in charge of a large part of the Spanish industry. With this intention, first of all we have to observe the way in which this industry was organized, within the constant struggle between moving towards revolution or prioritizing administrative efficiency in times of war. Then, we will carry out an analytical study of the fiction films made in this period, beginning with those that had a documentary objective, and continuing witch the purely fictional works. In this way, it will be possible to understand the way in which the anarchists showed on the screens not only the various elements of their ideology, but also the expression of their aspirations of building a new world.
