La Previsión Social en el Estado Español durante el Segundo Franquismo y el Posfranquismo, 1957-1978: Evolución Ideo-lógica en la Dictadura y en la Oposición

Abstract

RESUMEN Durante el Segundo Franquismo se desarrollaron en el Estado español los cimientos del sistema de Seguridad Social que han determinado su evolución posterior hasta la actualidad. La evolución de este sistema quedó marcada por las luchas políticas dentro del régimen entre familias políticas y modelos de Previsión Social distintos. Todos ellos defendían que el sujeto de la protección del sistema debía ser el trabajador. Esto mismo defendía la oposición obrera. Por ello, cuando en el Posfranquismo tal oposición y los herederos del régimen negociaron, en este punto, los acuerdos fueron fácilmente alcanzados.

ABSTRACT During the Second Francoism, the foundations of the Social Security sys-tem, which have determined its subsequent evolution to the present day, were developed in the Spanish State. The evolution of this system was determined by political struggles, within the regime between political families and different social welfare models. They all argued that the subject of the system's protection should be the worker. This is what de-fended the worker’s opposition. Therefore, when in the Posfrancoism such opposition and the heirs of the regime negotiated, at this point, the agreements were easily reached
