Cálculo y diseño de una planta de tratamiento de aguas de desecho en un buque Ro-Ro PAX

Abstract

Este proyecto tiene como objetivo diseñar y calcular un sistema de tratamiento de aguas negras y grises de un buque tipo RO-PAX de obra nueva. Con una capacidad de 990 pasajeros. Se ha tomado como referencia la norma UNEEN 15749. Se ha realizado una memoria el proyecto, que alberga información necesaria para comenzar con el diseño y cálculo del sistema. Se ha modificado los Planos: General 01 y Esquema tubular de aguas negras del Buque Nápoles, diseñado por el Astillero Italiano Visentini, para poder realizar los cálculos necesarios en cuanto a la distribución y materiales de las líneas de achique del sistema. Se ha diseñado un sistema de recogida, tratamiento y descarga de aguas negras y grises, basado en dos líneas diferentes para cada tipo de agua, una de vacío y otra por gravedad respectivamente. Se ha seleccionado el material de la instalación y se ha elaborado un presupuesto, junto con el pliego de condiciones.
