Diseño de la horquilla con suspensión de una bicicleta de montaña

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este trabajo de fin de grado, consta del diseño de la horquilla con suspensión de una bicicleta de montaña, cuya modalidad se denomina cross country. Se diseñarán todas las piezas que componen esta horquilla, con la posibilidad de bloquear la horquilla y de regular tanto la compresión como el rebote. Se ha elegido el aire como elemento que proporcionará la rigidez en nuestro sistema, y el aceite será el encargado del amortiguamiento. Una vez diseñada nuestra horquilla se realizarán los planos constructivos de las piezas, un análisis estructural tanto analítico como mediante elementos finitos, para asegurarnos que esta aguantará los esfuerzos en su vida útil y se indicarán las condiciones que deberán cumplir nuestras piezas. Por último se elaborará un presupuesto.

ABSTRACT: This final degree project consists of the design of the fork with suspension of a mountain bike, whose modality is called cross country. All the parts that make up this fork will be designed, with the possibility of blocking the fork and regulating both compression and rebound. Air has been chosen as an element that will provide stiffness in our system, and the oil will be responsible for the damping. Once our fork is designed, the construction plans of the pieces will be carried out, a structural analysis both analytical and by means of finite elements, to ensure that it will withstand the efforts in its useful life and will indicate the conditions that our parts must satisfay. Finally, a budget will be prepared.
