Difusión de las obras de Alexander Von Humboldt con motivo del 160º aniversario de su muerte

Abstract

RESUMEN Este año se celebra el 160º aniversario de la muerte, del científico prusiano Alexander Von Humboldt, considerado el padre de la geografía moderna universal. Este proyecto pretende crear propuestas de difusión de la figura de Alexander Von Humboldt a partir de sus obras, para conseguir que se conozcan la importancia que han tenido en su pensamiento en el desarrollo actual de la Geografía/las ciencias geográficas. Para ello mostraremos obras de Humboldt, desde el punto de vista de historia del libro y del patrimonio bibliográfico.

ABSTRACT This year marks the 160th anniversary of death, Prussian scientist Alexander Von Humboldt, considered the father of modern universal geography. This project aims to create proposals for the dissemination of the figure of Alexander Von Humboldt from his works to get them to know the importance they have had in their thinking in the current development of geography / geographical sciences.
