RESUMEN: En el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado se hace un análisis de cómo ha evolucionado el mercado de trabajo en España en los últimos diez años, en el que se pasó de una época de bonanza económica a una de las mayores crisis económicas que se recuerda en la reciente historia de nuestro país. Para el análisis del mercado de trabajo nos centraremos en la tasa de paro media anual, así como en el detalle de los datos por grupos concretos según edad, sexo, nivel educativo, sector de actividad… para el periodo comprendido entre los años 2007-2017. Este análisis se realiza tanto para España como para la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria, haciendo especial hincapié en el año con menor y mayor número de parados de la última década, es decir 2007 y 2013 respectivamente.
ABSTRACT: In this end of degree project an analysis is made about how the labour market in Spain has evolved during the last ten years, in which it went from a time of economic upswing to one of the biggest economic crisis that is remembered in the recent history of our country. For the analysis of the labour market we will focus on the annual average unemployment rate, as well as the detail of the data by specific groups according to age, sex, education level, activity sector... for the period understood between the years 2007-2017. This analysis is made for both Spain and Cantabria, making a special emphasis in the year with the lowest and the highest number of unemployed people of the last decade, that is to say 2007 and 2013 respectively.
