Las actitudes del docente de Educación Secundaria: una aproximación a la visión de profesores y alumnos

Abstract

RESUMEN En este trabajo hemos buscado un acercamiento a las actitudes en la profesión docente desde dos puntos de vista: Teórico, exponiendo lo que diferentes autores han expresado con relación a esta cuestión, con la intención de tener una idea aproximada y fundamentada de la opinión que quienes ya han estudiado el tema han plasmado en sus trabajos previamente. Práctico, investigando la perspectiva mantenida por profesores y alumnos sobre las actitudes en un IES cántabro, con la intención de obtener datos y opiniones de quienes actualmente están inmersos en el mundo de la educación a nivel de la Educación Secundaria. Tras esto, se pone de manifiesto la importancia que tienen las actitudes docentes en el buen desarrollo de las clases y las diferencias que existen en cómo ambos colectivos, profesores y estudiantes, perciben la presencia de aquellas en el día a día en las aulas.

ABSTRACT In this work we have sought an approach to attitudes in the teaching profession from two points of view: Theorist, explaining what different authors have expressed in relation to this issue, with the intention of having an approximate and substantiated idea of the opinion that those who have already studied the subject have expressed in their work previously. Practical, investigating the perspective maintained by teachers and students on attitudes in a Cantabrian high school, with the intention of obtaining data and opinions from those who are currently immersed in the world of education at the level of Secondary Education. After this, it is clear the importance of teaching attitudes in the proper development of classes and the differences that exist in how both groups, teachers and students, perceive the presence of those in the day to day of the classrooms.
