Orientación vocacional: factores a tener en cuenta y propuesta de innovación

Abstract

A través de este trabajo se ha pretendido crear una herramienta innovadora dirigida al apoyo en la orientación vocacional del alumnado perteneciente a la etapa educativa de educación secundaria. Para ello se ha utilizado información legislativa y teórica, además de obtener información sobre la situación y opiniones del alumnado de Bachillerato de cuatro centros educativos de Cantabria a través de un cuestionario. La finalidad de esta herramienta innovadora es informar y estimular al alumnado con el objetivo que elija un itinerario formativo que le provoque la motivación suficiente como para tener éxito en su vida académica y profesional.

Through this work we have tried to create an innovative tool aimed at supporting the vocational guidance of students belonging to the educational stage of secondary education. To this end, legislative and theoretical information has been used, besides obtaining information on the situation and opinions of high school students from four schools in Cantabria through a questionnaire. The purpose of this innovative tool is to inform and stimulate the students with the objective that they choose a training itinerary that will motivate them enough to be successful in their academic and professional life.
