| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: En este trabajo de fin de grado se estudiará la responsabilidad que supone para el llamado sucesor el aceptar una herencia. Se estudiará también el concepto de deudas y cargas de la herencia y el papel que, frente a éstas, adopta el sucesor. Además, se analizará el caso en el que existe una comunidad o pluralidad de herederos y el tipo de responsabilidad que se aplica en estos supuestos.
De la misma manera, se analizarán los derechos que ostentan los acreedores del causante en las diferentes fases de la herencia: durante la herencia yacente, después de la aceptación y antes de la partición de la herencia y, por último, después de efectuada dicha partición. Para finalizar, también se analizará la postura que adquieren los acreedores propios del heredero y qué ocurre en los casos en los que ambos coincidan. Y, por último, terminará el trabajo con la exposición de las conclusiones.
ABSTRACT: n this end-of-grade project, we will study the responsibility that relies on the inheritor to accept an inheritance. It will also study the concept of debts and taxes the inheritor’s role entails.In addition, this project will analyze the scenario in which a a community or plurality of inheritors take part of the will as well as responsibilities addressed.
To follow, we will detail the rights held by the executors in the different phases of the inheritance: during the legacy, after the acceptance and also prior and post partition of the inheritance.Finally, we will explain the position taken by creditors as well as those cases where both coincide.
