RESUMEN: Este trabajo pretende abordar el tratamiento legal que se da a las parejas de hecho, haciendo un estudio más exhaustivo de la Ley de Parejas de Hecho de Cantabria. Se realiza una comparación entre las normas autonómicas que regulan esta cuestión y se exponen criterios jurisprudenciales al respecto, para conseguir una visión más global del tema.
ABSTRACT: This work aims to address the legal treatment given to unmarried partnerships doing a more thorough study of the unmarried partners law in Cantabria. A comparison is made between the regional rules regulating this issue and sets out jurisprudential criteria regarding this matter for a more comprehensive view of the topic.
