Este Trabajo Fin de Grado, titulado “Automatización de la Liquidación de la carga y la Sistematización de lavado con crudo en el buque petrolero Montestena” se ha desarrollado y centrado principalmente en dos técnicas como bien se indica en el título de este trabajo.
La primera parte consta de un apartado dedicado al reglamento y seguridad a seguir para poder realizar correctamente el lavado con crudo, en la correcta cumplimentación de las diferentes listas de comprobación de las que disponemos a bordo para realizar la operación, el equipo de lavado a utilizar y como manipularlo, y finalmente, los diferentes métodos para el COW con su respectiva planificación.
La segunda parte del proyecto consta de la automatización de todo lo que conlleva la carga, desde el proceso de carga hasta el cálculo de la carga, pasando por la correcta preparación y alineamiento de las tuberías y mangueras, tanto del barco como de tierra, a utilizar en la operación.
Además se detalla cómo realizar el correcto seguimiento de las presiones y revoluciones de las bombas de descarga. También se explica cómo realizar todo el proceso de carga con las diferentes tablas de las que disponemos a bordo, tanto en barriles como en metros cúbicos.
Abstract: This Final Degree Project, entitled " M/T Montestena: Crude Oil Washing and Cargo Calculation Automatization" has been developed and focused mainly on the techniques as well indicated in the title of this work. The first part consists of a section dedicated to the regulation and the safety to follow to be able to correctly perform the washing with crude, in the correct completion of the different checklists of which we have a circuit to perform the operation, the washing equipment to use and how to manipulate it, and finally, the different methods for the COW with its respective planning. The second part of the project consists of the automation of everything that carries the load, from the loading process to the calculation of the load, through the correct preparation and alignment of the pipes and hoses, both of the ship and of land, a use in the operation. It also details how to perform the correct monitoring of the pressures and revolutions of the discharge pumps. It also explains how to perform the entire loading process with the different tables that we have on board, both in barrels and in cubic meters.
