Fiscalidad de la empresa familiar

Abstract

RESUMEN: La finalidad de este Trabajo Fin de Grado (TFG) es analizar la importancia que tiene la fiscalidad de la empresa familiar, especialmente en Cantabria. Para poder cumplir este objetivo hemos considerado puntos clave, entre los más significativos son: ¿Qué es la Empresa Familiar?; El Impuesto sobre la Renta, dentro de esta se hablará: IRPF, Impuesto de Sociedades e IAE; Impuesto de Patrimonio y por último del Impuesto de Sucesiones y Donaciones

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this Final Degree Project (TFG) is to investigate the importance of taxation of the family business, especially in Cantabria. In order to fulfil this objective we have considered key points, among the most significant are: What is the Family Business?; The Income Tax, within this will be spoken: IRPF, Corporation Tax and IAE; Property Tax and finally of Inheritance and Donations Tax
