Pasarela-Mirador en la virgen del Mar

Abstract

RESUMEN: La redacción del proyecto versa acerca de la construcción de una pasarela-mirador, en la Isla de la Virgen del Mar, en el municipio de Santander, con el objetivo de fomentar el turismo de la zona, y hacer uso y disfrute del marco paisajístico que caracteriza a este entorno. La historia de la patrona santanderina, aguardada en la ermita que lleva su propio nombre, así como la belleza en donde se ubica, es fiel reflejo del carácter cántabro, sus inicios, su desarrollo y su actualidad, deseando por ende con este proyecto, remarcar su impronta de características “infinitas”. Como punto de partida, se pretendió, que la estructura, “volase” sobre el acantilado donde se ubica, con el objetivo de tener el mar cantábrico bajo los pies, mediante un tablero de cristal, y hacer sentir a los viandantes la infinitud del paisaje. Antes de llegar a la determinación del tipo de estructura a proyectar se plantearon tres posibles alternativas, habiendo elegido la representada en este proyecto, puesto que se consideró reunía características de trazado limpio, mejor integración en el paisaje de la zona, y fiel reflejo del objetivo perseguido, reflejar la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria; sus valores a través de esta estructura; permitiendo al observador acercarse a contemplar de manera más amplia el paisaje enmarcado. La búsqueda de un impacto visual mínimo, con la adecuación del lugar donde ubicarla, al borde de sus acantilados, ha sido en todo momento preocupación en la redacción de este proyecto, creyendo que se ha llegado a la mejor de las soluciones posibles. El proyecto se basa en una tipología constructiva que engloba: 4 vías peatonales que avanzan hacia mar abierto, confluyentes en un pilar que arropa a las anteriormente citadas. Cuenta con dos accesos para la misma. Cada una de las vías, se encuentra constituida estructuralmente por dos vigas (perfiles armados, de 0,400 m de ancho por 1 metro de canto) perimetrales al suelo acristalado, actuante como tablero de la pasarela-mirador. La longitud de los dos vanos de mayor longitud, es de 22,857 m, arrojando la misma magnitud, pero en los vanos cortos, 7,463 m. Las cimentaciones de la estructura son tres; dos de ellas se encuentran en las zonas de acceso a la pasarela-mirador y se encuentran constituidas por zapatas con anclajes de barra. La tercera es la correspondiente al pilar donde se encuentran todos los vanos; también consta de una zapata y de anclajes de tipo barra. La ejecución de las obras, se ha establecido, durarán 6 meses, durante los cuales se dan una serie de fases constructivas, que se detallan a lo largo del proyecto, a modo de resumen podemos facilitar las siguientes: tareas previas, desbroce y movimiento de tierras, estructuras, integración paisajística, gestión de residuos, seguridad y salud, y por último seguimiento ambiental. El Presupuesto de Ejecución Material de la obra global, asciende a la cantidad de 584.652,29 € y el Presupuesto Base de Licitación 841.840,84 €, para la ciudad santanderina y dada la envergadura de la obra, este presupuesto se considera razonable, dadas las ventajas que ello supone, debido al atractivo turístico que generaría en la zona y en todos sus alrededores, además de acercar a la población la belleza ambiental en términos de seguridad. Por todo lo descrito, se entiende justificado, la necesidad de este proyecto que aquí se recoge: “Pasarela-Mirador en la Virgen del Mar”.

ABSTRACT: The drafting of the project deals with the construction of a footbridge-lookout, on the Island of the Virgen del Mar, in the municipality of Santander, with the aim of promoting tourism in the area, and the use and enjoyment of the landscape that is characterized in this environment. The history of the Santander’s patron, awaited in the hermitage that bears its own name, as well as the beauty where it is located, is a true reflection of the Cantabrian character, its beginnings, its development and its actuality, wishing for in this project, to highlight its imprint of "infinite" characteristics. As a starting point, which is intended, that the structure, "fly" on the cliff where it is located, with the aim of having the Cantabrian Sea under your feet, using a glass board, and make passers-by feel the infinity of the landscape . Before reaching the determination of this type of structure of a project, three possible alternatives are proposed, the representation in this project has been chosen, the characteristics of a clean, better integration in the landscape of the area, and faithful reflection have been gathered of the objective pursued, reflect the Autonomous Community of Cantabria; its values through this structure; Use the observer to approach a wider view of the framed landscape. The search for a minimum visual impact, with the adequacy of the place where it is located, the edge of its cliffs, has been at all times, in the drafting of this project, believing that it has reached the best possible solutions. The project is based on a constructive typology that encompasses: 4 pedestrian roads that move towards the open sea, confluent in a pillar that encloses those previously mentioned. It has two accesses for it. Each one of the routes is structurally constituted by two beams (armed profiles, 0.400 m wide by 1 meter of edge) perimeter to the glazed floor, like the board of the walkway. The length of the two longest bays is 22,857 m, with the same magnitude, but in the short bays, 7,463 m. The foundations of the structure are three; two of them are located in the access areas to the walkway-lookout and are made up of footings with bar anchors. The third is the one corresponding to the pillar where all the bays are located; It also consists of a shoe and bar- type anchors. The execution of the works, has been established, will last 6 months, during which there are a series of construction phases, which are detailed throughout the project, as a summary we can provide the following: previous tasks, clearing and movement of lands, structures, landscape integration, waste management, safety and health, and finally environmental monitoring. The Budget of Material Execution of the overall work amounts to € 584,652.29 and the Bidding Budget € 841,840.84 for the city of Santander and given the size of the work, this budget is considered reasonable, given the advantages that it supposes, due to the tourist attractiveness that it would generate in the zone and in all its surroundings, besides bringing to the population the environmental beauty in terms of security.
