Estudio del impacto de las nuevas tecnologías y la inteligencia artificial en el empleo en España en los próximos 20 años

Abstract

RESUMEN: La máquina de vapor dio lugar a la primera Revolución Industrial, la cadena de montaje a la segunda revolución, las energías renovables a la tercera revolución y la tecnología e Inteligencia Artificial darán lugar a la cuarta revolución. Estamos ante la entrada de una de las revoluciones más importantes, la cual cambiará tanto la forma de trabajar como la forma de vida de las personas. Los avances tecnológicos que están por venir de aquí a 20 años harán desaparecer multitud de puestos de trabajo, pero a su vez se crearán nuevas profesiones que actualmente no existen. Los puestos de trabajo más afectados por la llegada de los avances tecnológicos serán aquellos que sean rutinarios y monótonos, mientras que los futuros trabajos estarán relacionados con el sector de la informática y la ingeniería. Este cambio no se debe de tomar como una amenaza, sino como una oportunidad para aprovechar las facilidades que proporciona la tecnología, adaptándose a ello. El objetivo de este trabajo es investigar cómo va a afectar la tecnología y la Inteligencia Artificial en el empleo de España en los próximos 20 años, analizando tres sectores en concreto para un mejor entendimiento de este cambio y hacer plantearse al lector si su puesto de trabajo tiene duración indeterminada o si, por el contrario, se verá afectado por la Inteligencia Artificial.

ABSTRACT: The steam engine led to the first industrial revolution, the assembly line was the second revolution, renewable energy to the third revolution and technology and Artificial Intelligence will lead to the fourth revolution. We are at the entrance of one of the most important revolutions, which will change both the way we work and the way of life of people. The technological advances that are to come in the next twenty years will make many jobs disappear, but at the same time new professions will be created that today do not exist. The jobs most affected by the arrival of technological advances will be those that are routine and monotonous, while the future works will be related to the computer and engineering sector. You cannot take this change as a threat but as an opportunity to take advantage of the facilities provided by the technology, adapting to it. The aim of this study is to investigate how technology and artificial intelligence will affect employment in Spain over the next 20 years, focusing on three specific sectors for a better understanding of this change and make the readers wonder if their jobs have indefinite duration or if, on the contrary, it will be affected by artificial intelligence.
