La radio como recurso didáctico: creación de un taller de radio en el aula de ELE

Abstract

RESUMEN: El propósito de la investigación realizada en este trabajo es constatar que la enseñanza ELE no puede dar la espalda a las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) como recursos didácticos y que su papel no debe quedar constreñido al simple plano discursivo. La comunión entre un medio de comunicación tradicional como la radio y su avatar tecnológico, el podcast, hacen posible un campo de experimentación didáctico con el objetivo de mejorar las cuatro destrezas lingüísticas de los alumnos, pero también otros aspectos como la explotación de las herramientas digitales con fines didácticos. A lo largo de los diferentes capítulos, se describirá que aspectos de la enseñanza de ELE se necesitan potenciar para mejorar el nivel aprendizaje de los alumnos, así como la pertinente aplicación de nuevos recursos más creativos a la enseñanza del español a través de aquellas herramientas digitales que se adecuen a los objetivos que se persigue. De ahí que este trabajo de investigación concluya con una propuesta para alumnos de nivel B1, basada en el trabajo individual y colectivo con material auténtico para realizar sus propias sesiones de podcast a través del formato magacín de radio.

ABSTRACT: The intention of the accomplished investigation in this work is to prove that the teaching of Spanish as a Foreign Language should not be taken away from the Information and Communication Technologies (ITC) as teaching resources and its role should neither be forced to a simple discursive field. Considering the communication between a method of communication such as the radio and its technological avatar, the podcast, this enable a field of didactic experimentation with the objective of the improvement of the four linguistic skills of the students, but also other matters as the use of digital tools with didactic application. Along the different chapters, several aspects of the SFL will be described as needed to be worked for the improvement of the pupils’ learning abilities, as well as the relevant application of new and more creative resources to the teaching of Spanish language that will be used through digital tools that should fit to the required objectives. To conclude, this work of investigation can be wound up with a proposal for the pupils of level B1, based upon individual and collective work with authentic material for the realisation of their own podcast sessions through the format of radio program.
