El maltrato infantil en el ámbito educativo

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo consiste en hacer un análisis sobre las barreras presentes en la escuela que impiden la detección y notificación de las situaciones de malos tratos infantiles presentes en las mismas. Para ello, en primer lugar se expondrán algunas de las barreras citadas en la literatura científica como responsables de esta problemática. En la segunda parte de este trabajo, se plantea testar en un colegio público de nuestra comunidad esta problemática a través de un cuestionario elaborado a tal fin. Se presentan finalmente los resultados obtenidos así como una serie de recomendaciones derivadas de los mismos.

ABSTRACT: The present dissertation is an analysis of the barriers present in schools that prevent detection and reporting of child abuse situations present there. For this, we first discuss some of the barriers cited in the scientific literature as being responsible for this problem. In the second part of this dissertation, we propose to test in a public school in our community this problem through a questionnaire prepared for that purpose. We present the results and finally a series of recommendations derived from there.
