Análisis de viabilidad económica de cambio de localización: empresa de maquinaria agrícola TENÍAS S.A.

Abstract

El estudio de las características que están relacionadas con una alta o baja rentabilidad empresarial a la hora de plantearse un nuevo proyecto, es una de las líneas de investigación que mayor atención recibe por parte del empresario y también dentro del entorno académico. Con el presente trabajo fin de máster, pretendo realizar un análisis económico para estudiar la viabilidad para un cambio de localización empresarial. Para ello, se analizan los resultados obtenidos de un estudio descriptivo, el cual se realiza partiendo de la estructura empresarial y del análisis de su producto. Para este análisis se han utilizado varias herramientas de la administración de la calidad total como son Diagrama de Causa y Efecto y Gráfica de Pareto que han dirigido la línea de investigación hacia un análisis PERT. Los resultados han indicado la necesidad de ampliación de las instalaciones de producción y de ahí su análisis de viabilidad económica.

The study of the characteristics that are associated to high or low profitability at the moment of a new project appearing, is one of the lines of investigation that major attention receives on the part of the businessman and also within the academic environment. In this paper I try to realize an economic analysis to study the viability for a change of managerial location. For it, there are analyzed the results obtained of a descriptive study, which is realized from the managerial structure and from the analysis of his product. For this analysis there have been in use several tools of the administration of the total quality such as Graph of Reason and Effect and Pareto's Graph that have directed the line of the investigation to a PERT analysis. The results have shown the necesity of extension the facilities of production and for that, this study of economic viability.
