Diseño del plan de mantenimiento eléctrico para una flota de una compañía naviera

Abstract

Este proyecto desarrolla las pautas a seguir para la realización y posterior ejecución de un Plan de Mantenimiento Eléctrico (PME), específico para compañías navieras que dispongan de buques en líneas regulares, con la particularidad de que este mantenimiento se realiza con personal especialista de tierra y con equipos específicos, estableciendo el grueso de las actuaciones a la llegada del buque a puerto. Se estudian en profundidad las necesidades específicas y se analizan las incidencias de estos mantenimientos en la eficiencia de equipos e instalaciones. El objetivo del proyecto consiste en conseguir la funcionalidad permanente del Plan de Mantenimiento Eléctrico (PME), el cual establecerá las actuaciones en función de la operatividad del equipo o instalación y conjuntamente con la operatividad del buque, teniendo en cuenta, que la previsión de la mayoría de las actuaciones se llevará a cabo cuando el buque se encuentre en servicio de operativa de tierra, sin que esta deba ser interrumpida, para reducir al mínimo las posibles interferencias. Se concreta un ámbito de aplicación inicial de estudio del presente proyecto en la compañía BENHARD SCHULTE CANARIAS, propietaria de dos buques gemelos, OPDR CANARIAS y OPDR ANDALUCIA, que realizan ruta regular fija entre Sevilla y las Islas Canarias, realizando rotación semanal. Estos buques son de tipo CON-RO, transportan contenedores y carga rodada de manera simultánea. Como conclusión, se puede resaltar que el argumento que defiende esta forma de actuación, no solo es económico, desde el punto de vista cuantificable, si no que se tiene en cuenta la alta cualificación del personal asistente desde tierra, la utilización de medios y equipos de alto desarrollo tecnológico. Todo ello persiguiendo el objetivo fundamental de la compañía naviera: La seguridad y funcionalidad de sus buques.

An initial scope of study of the present project is specified in the company BENHARD SCHULTE CANARIAS, owner of two twin vessels, OPDR CANARIAS and OPDR ANDALUCIA, which carry out regular fixed route between Seville and the Canary Islands, carrying out a weekly rotation. These vessels are CON-RO type, transport containers and ro-ro cargo simultaneously. As a conclusion, it can be highlighted that the argument that defends this form of action, is not only economic, from the quantifiable point of view, but that it takes into account the high qualification of the assistant personnel from the ground, the use of means and equipment. of high technological development. All this pursuing the fundamental objective of the shipping company: The safety and functionality of its ships.
