La relación entre la ciudadanía y trabajo

Abstract

RESUMEN: Hoy en día la noción de ciudadanía está sufriendo un cambio significativo en su configuración debido a los repentinos acontecimientos diversos, como la crisis en el mundo del trabajo, pérdida del civismo, cambios culturales, entre otras. La precariedad, la flexibilidad y la falta de carrera profesional acarrea una consecuencia directa en el mundo laboral y su configuración dentro del entramado de nuestra sociedad. Para ello, me voy a servir de distintos materiales con los que procedo a examinar la formación del concepto de ciudadanía con su respectivo análisis histórico, la relación entre trabajo y ciudadanía, las diferentes tesituras del mundo laboral y su peso directo e indirecto en la configuración del estatus de ciudadano, las diferentes situaciones ante las que nos encontramos hoy en día en el mundo contemporáneo y, por último, las alternativas o tesis que he alcanzado a lo largo de este trabajo.

ABSTRACT: Today´s citizenship is suffering a meaningful change on its configuration due to the diverse sudden occurences, such the crisis in the labour world, losing of citizenship, cultural changes and others. The precariousness, flexibility and the lack of professional career leads to a direct consequence in this world, and in its configuration in within the scheme of our society. To this end, I am going to use different materials to analyse the different positions of the labour world and its direct and undirectly weight into the configuration of the status of citizenship, the formation of the concept of citizenship, the different situacions we found ourselves nowadays in the contemporary world, and, finally, the alternatives that I have reached throughout the formation of this work.
