Dialéctica del origen, despliegue y climaterio del régimen internacional de la ayuda

Abstract

RESUMEN: El objetivo de este artículo es realizar un análisis histórico-estructural del origen, despliegue y climaterio del régimen internacional de la ayuda -que gestiona desde 1961 el Comité de Ayuda al Desarrollo de la OCDE con el apoyo clave del Banco Mundial- y su posible sustitución, tras un período transitorio de multilateralismo competitivo, por un régimen internacional de Cooperación Sur-Sur alternativo liderado por China.

ABSTRACT: The objective of this article is to carry out a historical-structural analysis of the origin, deployment and climacteric of the international aid regime -which has been managed by the Development Assistance Committee of the OECD since 1961 with key support from World Bank- and its possible replacement, after a transitional period of competitive multilateralism, by an alternative international South-South Cooperation regime led by China.
