Arte y educación: instalaciones en el aula de Educación Infantil

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente trabajo recoge la necesidad de incorporar el arte, y más concretamente las instalaciones artísticas al aula de Educación Infantil, como recursos o herramientas de aprendizaje. Los objetivos del mismo son conocer el concepto de instalación, su origen y características en el mundo del arte, así como su relación con el ámbito educativo (valor pedagógico, roles, potencialidades, etc.). Asimismo, se realiza un estudio de caso a Paloma García, maestra de Educación Infantil cuya práctica educativa está basada en el uso de las instalaciones de arte contemporáneo. Dicho estudio favorecerá e impulsará el último apartado del presente trabajo: la elaboración de una propuesta y su puesta en práctica en un aula de Educación Infantil de un centro educativo en Santander. Los tres bloques que en este proyecto se presentan permitirán ver el valor pedagógico de las instalaciones, su carácter innovador, sus beneficios en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y otros muchos aspectos beneficiosos para la educación.

ABSTRACT The present paper includes the need to incorporate art and, more specifically, artistic installations into the classroom of Early Childhood Education as resources or learning tools. The objectives are to know the concept of installation, its origin and characteristics in the art world, as well as its relationship with the educational field (pedagogical value, roles, potential, etc.). Likewise, a case study is made to Paloma Garcia, a teacher of Early Childhood Education whose educational practice is based on the use of contemporary art installations. This study will favor and promote the last section of this work: the preparation of a proposal and its implementation in a classroom of Early Childhood Education of a school in Santander. The three blocks that are presented in this project will allow seeing the pedagogical value of the installations, their innovative nature, their benefits in the teaching-learning process and many other beneficial aspects for education
