Repensando la interculturalidad

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este Trabajo de Fin de Máster se revisa y expone de forma sintetizada bibliografía respecto a la diversidad cultural, con el objetivo de repensar la interculturalidad. En su desarrollo interno, hay presente una exposición de conceptos en relación con los procesos migratorios, debido a la importancia de la situación actual de multiculturalismo en nuestra sociedad, donde una décima parte de la población total de España son de origen extranjero. También se han presentado los conceptos de cultura y diversidad cultural como introducción a la exposición de las teorías en cuanto a la atención a la diversidad. Asimismo, se ha realizado una revisión del Plan de Interculturalidad de Cantabria para un posterior análisis DAFO de dicho plan. En la parte final del trabajo está presente la composición de una reflexión crítica sobre la interculturalidad y sus campos de actuación.

ABSTRACT: In this Final Master's Project, a bibliography about cultural diversity is reviewed and presented in a synthesized way, with the aim of rethinking interculturality. In its internal development appears an exposition of concepts in relation to the migratory processes, due to the importance of the current situation of multiculturalism in our society, where one tenth of the total population of Spain are foreign people. The concepts of culture and cultural diversity have also been developed as an introduction to the exhibition of techniques in terms of attention to diversity. Likewise, a review of the Cantabrian Interculturality Plan has been carried out for a later SWOT analysis of said plan. At the end of this project, there is a critical observation about the interculturality and its fields of action
