Análisis económico-financiero de las empresas públicas de turismo

Abstract

RESUMEN: En el presente trabajo de fin de grado se llevará a cabo un análisis económico y financiero correspondiente a las empresas públicas del sector de turismo a nivel nacional. El objetivo de realizar este análisis es estudiar en un primer momento la evolución del sector, referente a los años 2015, 2016 y 2017. Además de conocer factores generales que tienen influencia en él. En este se elabora temas como el número de visitante, la aportación PIB, empleo y de los ingresos que aporta el turismo a la economía del país. Luego de dar a conocer la situación del sector turístico se comenzará con el desarrollarlo del análisis económico y financiero de la industria turística. Para ello, se utilizará una base de datos SABI, donde se obtiene una muestra de empresas públicas turísticas. Con ella se realizó el estudio económico y financiero objeto del trabajo, donde se ha trabajado con el balance de situación, cuenta de pérdidas y ganancias y datos de la memoria. De esta manera, se realizará un estudio financiero a corto y largo plazo mediante ratios, así como de las rentabilidades. Se elaboró en base a una comparativa entre los años 2015 y 2016 para evaluar la evolución del sector y emplearlo para el análisis. En la última parte del trabajo se explicará las conclusiones en base al estudio realizado. Luego de obtener los resultados pertinentes se observa que durante el 2016 mejoró la situación considerablemente reflejándose del mismo modo en los ratios de estudiados. Del mismo modo, recuperó fuerza su rentabilidad económica y la financiera.

abstract: In this end-of-degree work an economic and financial analysis will be carried out corresponding to the public companies of the tourism sector at national level. The objective of this analysis is to study in the first place the evolution of the sector, referring to the years 2015, 2016 and 2017. In addition to knowing general factors that have influence on it. This elaborates topics such as the number of visitors, the contribution of GDP, employment and the income that brings tourism to the economy of the country. After publicizing the situation of the tourism sector will begin with the development of economic and financial analysis of the tourism industry. To do this, a SABI database will be used, where a sample of public tourism companies is obtained. With it was carried out the economic and financial study object of the work, where it has worked with the balance of situation, account of losses and gains and data of the memory. In this way, a short-and long-term financial study will be carried out through ratios, as well as profitability. It was elaborated on the basis of a comparison between the years 2015 and 2016 to evaluate the evolution of the sector and to use it for the analysis. The final part of the work will explain the conclusions based on the study carried out. After obtaining the relevant results it is observed that during 2016 improved the situation considerably reflecting in the same way in the ratios of studied. In the same way, it regained its economic and financial profitability.
