El teletrabajo como medida de conciliación laboral y familiar

Abstract

RESUMEN: A lo largo de las siguientes páginas me voy a centrar en presentar de una forma objetiva las características del teletrabajo; ya que aunque esta forma de trabajar es desde hace décadas una realidad que paulatinamente ha sido implementada, en mayor o menor medida, en todos los países desarrollados, y en empresas de los más diversos sectores, es aún una herramienta desconocida para gran parte de la sociedad. Por este motivo el primer apartado del siguiente proyecto es una introducción en la que se pretende dar una definición de qué es el teletrabajo y una explicación de los comienzos y desarrollo de dicha modalidad que nos permita comprender su actual expansión. Una vez finalizada esta introducción comienza el núcleo de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado el cual se ha divido en tres capítulos principales con el objetivo de establecer un orden coherente en la exposición de los conocimientos, estos capítulos así como algunos de los temas principales que en ellos se desarrollan son los siguientes: ● Capítulo 1: en este primer capítulo se tratan de analizar las ventajas y desventajas que el teletrabajo ofrece tanto a empleados como a empresas, exponer las principales modalidades existentes del mismo, y cuál es la mejor forma de implantar esta modalidad en las empresas. ● Capítulo 2: En el segundo de estos capítulos se desarrolla la normativa que regula actualmente el teletrabajo tanto a nivel estatal como europeo y se expone de forma justificada si es suficiente, o si por el contrario es necesario un mayor marco legal que permita el desarrollo del trabajo a distancia en unas condiciones adecuadas para los trabajadores. ● Capítulo 3: Finalmente a lo largo del tercer capítulo se va a hacer una valoración de las medidas que desde las administraciones públicas se están llevando a cabo para fomentar el teletrabajo tanto entre el funcionariado público y demás trabajadores dentro de la administración como en la empresa privada, y ahondar, siempre que sea posible, en los resultados que han arrojado algunos de estos proyectos. Para finalizar se desarrollan las conclusiones, las cuales tratan de dar respuesta a las preguntas formuladas al enunciar los objetivos de este T.F.G.

ABSTRACT: Throughout the following pages I will focus on presenting in an objective way the characteristics of teleworking; even though this way of working is for decades a reality that has gradually been implemented, to a greater or lesser extent, in all developed countries, and in companies of the most diverse sectors, it is still an unknown tool for much of the society. For this reason the first section of the following project is an introduction in which it is intended to give a definition of what teleworking is, and an explanation of the beginnings and development of this modality that allows us to understand its current expansion. Once this introduction is finished, the core of this end-of-degree project begins, which has been divided into three main chapters with the aim of establishing a coherent order in the exposition of knowledge, these chapters, as well as some of the main themes that are treated, are the following  Chapter 1: This first chapter seeks to analyze the advantages and disadvantages that teleworking offers both employees and companies, expose the main existing modalities of telework, and what is the best way to implement this modality in companies.  Chapter 2: In the second of these chapters the regulations that currently regulate teleworking at both the national and European level are developed and justifiably explained if it is sufficient, or if on the contrary a greater legal framework is necessary to allow the development of remote work in adequate conditions for workers.  Chapter 3: Finally, throughout the third chapter, an assessment will be made of the measures that public administrations are carrying out to promote teleworking both among public officials and other workers within the administration and in private companies, and to deepen , whenever possible, in the results that some of these projects have shown. To finalize the conclusions are developed, which try to answer the questions formulated when stating the objectives of this project.
