Estudio de viabilidad sobre la implantación de servicios de eventos en un hotel rural

Abstract

RESUMEN: El propósito de este trabajo es estudiar la rentabilidad en la implantación de servicios de eventos en un hotel rural en Renedo de Cabuérniga (Cantabria). Con la implantación de esta estrategia, la empresa busca abrir una nueva brecha en el mercado y así explotar al máximo sus instalaciones. El objetivo es desarrollar un plan de negocio para analizar la viabilidad de implantación de eventos en el hotel rural, con el fin de conocer la situación actual de la empresa y estudiar a fondo su situación interna. Una vez que se ha conocido la situación, se procede a conocer las necesidades. En primer lugar se estudia las características del sector eventos en la Comunidad de Cantabria, para conocer su escenario actual. Una vez recogida toda la información necesaria, iniciaremos un estudio de la viabilidad técnica, comercial, económica y financiera, que supondrá poner en marcha la actividad y una estimación de los ingresos y costes durante los primeros ejercicios. Para concluir y analizar la viabilidad de este proyecto, realizaremos un análisis mediante las herramientas conocidas como Valor Actual Neto (VAN) y Tasa Interna de Rentabilidad (TIR).

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this work is to study the profitability of the implementation event services in a rural hotel. With the implementation of this strategy the company seeks to open a new gap in the market and thus exploit its facilities to the maximum exponent. The objective of this work is to show the viability of the events sector in the rural hotel, in order to know the current situation of the company and to study in depth its internal situation, but also it is important to reduce the costs to its minimum. Once the situation has been investigated we proceed to extract the needs. In the first place, the characteristics of the events sector in the Community of Cantabria are studied to know its current scenario. Once all the precise information has been collected, it will be needed to start a feasibility and financial study to be able to proceed to make an estimation of the costs and earnings that we will need to start the activity. To conclude and be able to guarantee the viability of this project, it will carry out an analysis using the tools known as Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Profitability (IRR).
