Plan de viabilidad de la adquisición de una farmacia en Cantabria

Abstract

RESUMEN: El objetivo del presente trabajo de fin de grado consiste en llevar a cabo un estudio de un Plan de Viabilidad de la compra de un negocio farmacéutico en España, concretamente en la provincia de Cantabria, Santander, como medio de introducción en el negocio del sector. Para ello, se realizara un análisis económico y financiero sobre el negocio y los factores y condiciones que se han dado lugar para concluir si es viable o no la compra de dicho negocio. En primer lugar, hay que destacar que el sector farmacéutico español está en constante evolución y hoy en día se encuentra considerado como uno de los mejores del mundo. Aunque haya alcanzado su fase de madurez, podemos decir, que se encuentra en un periodo de crecimiento ya que durante el último año el mercado de farmacia ha creció un 5,4%, sobre todo en el ámbito de medicamentos de prescripción. (Arganda, 2017) En segundo lugar, la regulación en España es muy estricta ante la transmisión de los negocios farmacéuticos por motivos de mortis causa, por lo que no todo el mundo puede hacerse con la adquisición de una botica. Cada vez son más los requisitos legales que se necesitan para llevar a cabo este tipo de negocios y por lo tanto más complicado abrir un nuevo negocio de este tipo debido a la gran cantidad de farmacias existentes. En cuanto al análisis económico y financiero se realizará con un horizonte a tres años que nos ayudará a evaluar la situación económica actual del negocio y conseguir provisiones a medio y largo plazo, observar las desviaciones y así tomar decisiones con menor grado de incertidumbre. Por último y no menos importante, se detallaran unas mejoras u recomendaciones para conseguir un mayor volumen de beneficios y sacar mayor provecho al negocio. De esta forma se obtendrá los resultados de la implementación del proyecto así como la viabilidad del mismo.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this dissertation consists in carrying out the study viability plan on the purchase of a pharmaceutical business in Santander, Cantabria, Spain as a means of introduction into the business of the sector. For that reason, it will be analyzed economic and financial pharmacy business and the facts and conditions for being a profitable business to conclude if the purchase of the business is viable or not. First, it must be pointed out that Spanish pharmaceutical sector is in constant evolution and nowadays it is considered one of the best in the word. Although it has reached its maturity phase, we can say that it is grow in because in the last year the pharmaceutical business has grown 5.4%, about all in the area of prescribed medicament. (Arganda, 2017) Secondly, in Spain we have a very strict regulation regarding the transfer of pharmaceutical business due to mortis causa, therefor not everybody can purchase a pharmacy. The legal requirements are ever increasing in this business and it is more complicated to start a new business of the same type due to the quantity of existing pharmacies. Regarding the economic and finance analysis, it will be carried on with a three-years-time that this information will help us for evaluation about the economic situation in the business and obtain a medium and long term, observe the deviations and finally take decisions with the least uncertainty. To conclude, it will be focused on an important aspect about improvements and recommendations, where it will be detailed in order to obtain good benefits and take the best advantage of the business. In this way, it will obtain the results of the implementation of the project as well as its viability.
