Sistemas alternativos de financiación empresarial para Pymes

Abstract

RESUMEN: La crisis financiera en la que se encuentra inmersa nuestro país repercute en todo el sistema económico, afecta tanto al particular, como a las empresas, pero son los pequeños y medianos empresarios los que más lo sufren dentro del tejido empresarial. Para hacer frente a las dificultades actuales, desde el punto de vista empresarial, es fundamental conocer las características de las vías de financiación clásicas y por supuesto los sistemas alternativos a los que pueden recurrir los empresarios. Ante determinados planteamientos de financiación la elección entre uno u otro puede suponer la razón del éxito o del fracaso, de ahí la importancia de su estudio.

ABSTRACT: The bursting of the real estate bubble in 2007 led to a crisis in the Spanish banking system which was caused by a massive investment by the banks in the real estate market in previous years. The complicated situation of the banks led to a credit shortage and the distrust of the foreign markets led Spain to implement endless measures that have exacerbated the decline of domestic demand. These two factors, the credit shortage and lack of domestic demand, have caused the disappearance of many SMEs in recent years, as they are the most vulnerable to the impacts of the financial crisis. During these difficult times for the Spanish economy, it is important that small business owners be familiar with the available options in order to address the current obstacles and thus choose the appropriate and suitable means of financing. The objective of this analysis is to establish a small guide that SMEs can benefit from when investigating the various types of financing available to them.
