El diagnóstico genético preimplantacional como técnica de reproducción humana asistida

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado versa sobre el Diagnóstico Genético Preimplantacional, obteniendo con este estudio, una visión global y contrastada de dicha técnica en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico. Al tiempo, se valoran diferentes perspectivas, basándose en múltiples posturas ideológicas, políticas y teniendo en cuenta las diferentes regulaciones en el derecho comparado. Todo ello, realizando un recorrido desde la implantación de esta técnica en España, pasando por las sanciones que conlleva su incorrecta utilización y realizando un estudio comparado con otros países de los supuestos en los que dicha técnica es admitida. Con todo, concluye con una serie de propuestas legislativas para incrementar su uso y promover una mayor seguridad jurídica, fomentando las utilidades que esta técnica de reproducción humana asistida nos puede aportar a nuestra sociedad.

ABSTRACT: This Final Proyect is about the Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis, getting with this study a global and contrats vision of the tecnique in the Spanish legal system. Valuing diferents perspectives, based on multiple ideological positions, political ideas, and taking into account the different regulations of comparative law. All this, taking a tour since the implantation of the tecnique in Spain, going through the legal sanctions in case it is use in an incorrect way, and making a comparative study with other countries of the cases when this tecnique is admited. It concludes with some legislative propousals in order to increase the use of this tecnique and pormote a greater legal security, encouraging the utilities of this tecnique of assited human reproduction that can contribute to our society.
