Medidas adoptadas para fomentar el emprendimiento joven

Abstract

RESUMEN: Las medidas que se han llevado a cabo para fomentar el emprendimiento e incrementar la contratación de personas jóvenes es un tema que da mucho de sí. En este trabajo lo que se ha pretendido es detallar la situación en la que se encontraba nuestro país en áreas económicas, laborales y sociales antes de la promulgación de la Ley 14/2013 de 27 de septiembre, de apoyo a los emprendedores y su internacionalización. Posteriormente hemos comentado la Ley 11/2013 de 26 de julio, de Medidas de Apoyo al Emprendedor y de estímulo del crecimiento y de la creación de empleo; se han detallado las decisiones que el gobierno ha llevado a cabo para la gente joven, entre otras la reducciones y bonificaciones a la seguridad social a los trabajadores por cuenta propia o la posibilidad de compatibilizar la prestación por desempleo con el trabajo con cuenta propia. Por último se ha listado una serie de programas y ayudas que se imparten desde nuestra Comunidad Autónoma, las que más nos interesan, en cuanto al emprendimiento joven y recursos humanos.

ABSTRACT: The measures that have been carried out to encourage entrepreneurship and increase the hiring of young people, it is a subject that gives much of itself. In this work what has been tried is to detail the situation in which our country was in economic, labor and social areas before the enactment of Law 14/2013 of September 27, to support entrepreneurs and their internationalization. We have subsequently commented on the Law 11/2013 of July 26, Measures to Support the Entrepreneur and stimulate growth and job creation; the decisions that the government has carried out for young people have been detailed, including reductions and bonuses to social security for self-employed workers or the possibility of making unemployment benefits compatible with self-employment. Finally, we have listed a series of programs and grants that are taught from our Autonomous Community, those that most interest us, in terms of young entrepreneurship and human resources.
