Valoración de los docentes sobre el contenido y el funcionamiento del programa ATAL en la provincia de Granada

Abstract

RESUMEN: La cada vez mayor afluencia de alumnado extranjero a nuestras aulas, aunado a un cambio de paradigma que ha hecho de España un país receptor de migrantes, ha generado la necesidad de ir estableciendo sistemas mediante los cuales dichos alumnos puedan integrarse tanto en el sistema educativo como en la sociedad de la que pasarán a formar parte. Para afrontar esta situación, se han ido creando distintos programas en las Comunidades Autónomas del estado, siendo el ATAL (Aula Temporal de Adaptación Lingüística) el desarrollado en Andalucía. Este trabajo recoge las valoraciones emitidas por los profesionales que lidian con dicho programa, para conocer su visión sobre la situación y obtener propuestas de mejora.

ABSTRACT: The increasing in the number of foreign students in our classrooms, combined with the change of paradigm that has turned Spain to a migrant receiver country, has generated the necessity of creating systems that allow those students to integrate in the societies they are going to be part of. For tackling this situation, different programs had been created all along the Spanish state, being the ATAL Program (Aula Temporal de Adaptación Lingüística) the one developed in Andalusia. In this study, we will manage the valuations made by the professionals that deal with the program every day, in order to know their vision about the situation and getting proposals for improving.
