Cine para la enseñanza de la Probabilidad y la Estadística

Abstract

RESUMEN: Hoy en día, se desea que los alumnos sean competentes en su vida, que puedan defenderse en todos los aspectos de su futuro. Para ello hay que atraerles a todas las asignaturas, y en especial a la Matemáticas. Se tiene que mostrar como algo útil, evitando el abuso de abstracción, para que los estudiantes noten la utilidad de las Matemáticas en su vida diaria. La Probabilidad y Estadística está muy presente en los entornos que rodean los estudiantes (notas medias, tantos por cientos, encuestas,…). La magia del cine puede mostrar las posibles aplicaciones en su día a día, relacionando los conocimientos que poseen y los nuevos, realizando un aprendizaje significativo.

ABSTRACT: Nowadays, it is desired that students be competent in their lives, that they can defend themselves in all aspects of their future. To do this you have to attract them to all subjects, and especially to Mathematics. It has to be shown as something useful, avoiding the abuse of abstraction, so that students notice the usefulness of Mathematics in their daily life. The Probability and Statistics is very present in the surroundings that surround the students (average notes, so many by hundreds, survey,…). The magic of the cinema can show the possible applications in their day to day, relating the knowledge they have and the new ones, making a meaningful learning.
